Professor Dutkiewicz is Director of the Center for Governance and Public Policy at Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada, and a member of the Valdai Discussion Club Advisory Board.

He has published and commented widely on matters of regional and political development in Russia, as well as Russia’s position in the global system.
